5/16" Hex Drive Tool Required for Female PanelMate Installation

I've previously used Sammy hurricane anchors and the biggest problem with them is that they use a star type bit to drive them into what surface you are anchoring to. They constantly strip and I regretted ever buying them. Once I found panelmate anchors that use this hex drive tool, I was sold. There is no play whatsoever when driving the anchors so you never have to worry about them stripping the head. I definitely recommend this anchoring system.

Fits nicely into my impact driver and makes screwing in the PanelMate anchors a breeze.

This tool is a perfect fit for driving in the anchors we selected and we could not have completed the job as efficiently without it. With that said there is a weak point at the base of the shank where you have to make sure the tool is deeply seated to avoid shearing it off. Overall very good.
